ONCE YOU HAVE PURCHASED TREND, TO REQUEST A SOFT LICENSE:​

(if you already own TREND, take note your existing options/parameters)

(Ensure that the MAIL app is functioning - TREND uses MAIL to send us the license request)

​

1. Move the old TREND app to the Trash.

​

2. Download the new TREND app, unzip, and follow the macOS instructions to install (grant Full Disk Access, allow permissions, security, cal access, etc).

(the very first launch may provoke '3rd party developer' and require you to 'install anyway' from [system settings] [privacy & security] )

​

3. open a new TREND file (even if it doesn't see a meter). This is required to be able to access the [request soft license] menu option.

​

4. Fill in the email address you would like the license to be associated with. We will receive your license request, and email you back a license.

​

5. Under menu [License] [Apply Soft License], relaunch, and enjoy TREND!
